I don't really care what the japanese eat. Being more authentic doesn't necessarily make things better it is just something people say/type they think
makes them sound smarter or more worldly. However that philly roll is not any fun in my mouth.

Ooh, yeah. Spider rolls are damned good.
And I don't really care what's supposedly 'authentic' or not either. That cream cheese thing just struck me as a particularly dumb Americanized sort of idea. |

Marshmallow fluff and cream cheese I have tried mixed in with the peanutbutter. It's also sweetness. I think I could eat spaghetti w/red sauce and cream cheese too... That actually sounds delicious. |

I put goat cheese into pasta with garlic and oil. It's wonderful. Why would tomato sauce be that different? It would not change the flavor -- just the
texture and the richness.
