We know next season is supposed to be about getting back to island. But who goes back and how?

Jack: We know Jack wants to go back and is actively trying to get back. You know he'll make it back but how? and who will be with him? I can't imagine flying Oceanic Air will be sucessful. Could he possibly track down Ben and maybe find the island that way? Will his ghost daddy help him get back?

Hurley: He doesn't think they did the right thing and that the island wants them to go back. My guess is that Hurely will also make it back to the island. He may not want to go back, but he'll probably feel like he has to go back.

Kate: I doubt Kate will really want to go back. Jack is off the island and Sawyer wanted to stay. Those are the only two that she's ever done much for. Usually Kate has looked out for herself. I still think she makes it back though. They do have to keep the whole Kate/Jack/Sawyer thing going. I suppose if Claire is dead and starts visitting Kate that might compel her to go back.

Aaron: The only way it makes sense for Aaron to go back is to be reunited with Claire or if he is somehow linked to the island. Maybe Ben or Richard see Aaron as an important part of the island and that is how he ends up back there.

Sun: I can think of only one reason she would go back. Jin has to still be alive. I'm hoping this theory is true, because I really want Jin to still be alive. I wonder if she would bring her daughter with her in case she couldn't leave the island once she got back.

Sayid: I think he might get back to the island to try to help everyone or to get Ben. I'm guessing at some point he will realize that Ben was responsible for Nadia's death. If that is the case you know Sayid is going to be looking for some serious payback. It's also possible that since he is working for Ben that may be his way back to the island.


I think they all have a decent reason for wanting to go back. Although it's hard to imagine that they all make it back together. It's not like they know how to get back right now and if they did know you would think that would go back with some additional people to help or something. At this point it seems to me that if they make it back it will almost be accidental again that's why I can't see them all getting back there together. I do think that Jack, Hurely, and Kate will make it back. As far as the rest I just don't know.
