So with that observation, I am now just wondering how many fellow Sucksters ended up in the worthless breeding grounds known as community colleges? (I am currently assuming all of you, so please prove me wrong)

So had to fucking take a class at a community college this summer, and I am thinking that jumping out of the window next to which I am sitting may be a good
idea. I can't believe I am surrounded by this many fuck-ups in one room.

May I assume the course was remedial English composition?

No, no it isn't.

I thought you were a model. Why do you need a college summer course?

I'm earning a degree, like any smart person with a steady career on the side would do. I am actually a student at a major university, however, and I never
want to be back in an environment like this again.

Community college?
I hope this was to save money and to get ahead so you can graduate early from a real university rather than you trying not to fall behind or just keep up... |

There are just as many fuck-ups in major universities. The difference is that the fuck-ups attending universities are paying ten times as much as the fuck-ups
attending community college.

Not all community colleges are worthless. My former roommate ended up doing some courses at a local CC after we both graduated from a reputable private college
- she needed to figure out what she was going to focus on as a career and the courses she took helped her a lot. I guess it also depends on the city you're
in.

I've taken two night classes at a community college. They only cost me $144, and I get credit towards the CPA exam. I hate actually going to class after a
full day of work, but it's super easy and I like being one of the smartest people in the class.
The quality of teaching is really poor, though. I was used to professors actually making their own tests based on what they lecture, but my CC teacher uses a test bank from the textbook. |

We call the CC in my hometown "13th grade". President Bouche gave the graduation speech there a couple years ago, so that pretty much tells you about
the level of intelligence needed to be successful at a CC in Mississippi.
Thankfully, I went to a college out of state. |

It's a fact that chicks that go to CC have even lower than normal self confidence so are easy pickins.

I gradumacated from a big 10 university but I'm not gonna be a snob about CC's. Some suck and some can be great. We have a good one here
that's getting ready for the big state college promotion.

I took Bio 101 at community college over a summer because I needed a lab and it was significantly cheaper than at the school I was attending. I don't know
if it was easier.

I liked mine. I saved so much money by going to community college. And the instruction was better because teachers were more focused on teaching rather than
their own research.

be able to attend college.

I took Community College classes while I was in high school. Instead of making me look dumb, it made me look super smart. Little did everyone at my school
know, the college classes where way easier than the high school classes.
Most people went to that school were athletes who needed to get their grades up so they could play for Universities. In my experience community colleges suck. But hey what do you expect when it only costs $150 a semester? |

My kid is taking a course at our local community college this summer to help her get ahead a bit on her university courses. In fact, my other kid did that a
couple of summers also. It's a pretty smart move, in my opinion.

I took a lot of computer and computer programming courses at a CC. Unfortunately they made me take a basic computer course which ended up being a contest
between the teacher and myself as to whether or not I'd get a 100% on all the tests - the rotter threw a trick question in the final, so I got one wrong.

I never been to community college, I didn't joined the community service during my training program subject when I was in first year college.
