Why did you guys rate her up so high? If I were to rate her now, she'll probably get a 3 or 4 solely based on her pre-mutiny appearance where she was somewhat likable. Candice is absolutely amazing... I'm very happy she took the top spot, though Yul or Ozzy may deserve it more. She's everything you could want in a Survivor player. She's a huge fan who's not afraid to make big strategy moves in the game. I personally think she made the season when she switched. She was physically strong...which shows in the episode six reward/immunity challenge. And she may have beaten Ozzy at the first individual immunity challenge had she not stepped down so people would not view her as much as a threat. She also had good reason for switching. She really didn't know how she stood in her Aitu allience, but she knew she was good with Adam and Parvati. She should've waited until the merge, but it was better for the season that she didn't wait. When her and Jonathan had their arguement, she was trying to make it easier for Adam and Parvati to get him booted off sooner, because she had nothing against Jonathan personally. I agree with the kissing Adam thing on her boot episode. If I gave her a nine, that is why. And yes, the exile island time was funny. Basically, she was a strong mental and physical threat who actually played the game. Plus she's attractive (or I have weird tastes). That's why I (and I would think others) rate her so high.

Repeat for lower thresholds. If this is what you want, understand that the same contestant could "win" at more than one threshold (ie I checked - S9 Eliza has the highest hate vote percentage at both the 75% threshold, and the 70% threshold). That's pretty much it. Might as well give fresh names for each theshold. If you give Eliza's percentage of hate votes it will be clear she would have won for lower thesholds too. If 2-3 people are exceptionally hated at a theshold, list them all. Use your discretion so all noteworthy cases appear. For example, if 3 people between 60-65 are more hated than anyone between 55-60, that is noteworthy. Then repeat for most loved people below certain thesholds.

Yes she most definately deserves the spot of 3rd most polarizing up there with her mutiny buddy Jonathan Christ, as evidenced by Dragoondaniel's rant about her. I think most people loved her because, like the other dude said, she wasn't afraid to actually PLAY THE GAME and make risky moves to get into a better position. If it weren't for the bottle twist/early merge/Jonathan defying logic at F9 then she would have won the game. Almost everyone who hates her is one of those people who know her as "That girl who betrayed her alliance for that guy", which is completely wrong and just shows that they didnt read any interviews after the game. Also on top of having all the perfect characterisitics that a good survivor contestant should have, she was one of the most endearing contestants ever and managed the elicit sympathy in being sent to exile despite being negatively edited. She is heaps nice and talks to fans (She's sent me messages on myspace) and is one of the very few young attractive girls to play the game (Eliza is the other main one I am thinking of) who actually has set aspirations and goals in life and is going to go back to them after thse show, she wasn't there to mediawhore, but because she was a huge fan of the game. And reason #40404040 to like her is because of what she's done in her life, which proves she truly is a great person. Just read her bio on the main site. Anyways GOOD LIST CR!!!! The 15% list is definately spot on!

Candice became my favourite from CI only after reading her post-show interviews and getting a clearer picture of her. And reading everything she has done in her life, definitely made me like her more.

These form the bookends within the groupings (ie contestants whose scores were similar but achieved the results in much different fashion - intuitively this suggests high versus low standard deviation, but I stand to be corrected by anyone who has done stats more recently than I have, which is probably just about anyone on the list). No surprise to see S11 Amy and BJ in that category. Eliza S9, Gina S4, and Jonathan S15 getting hate votes is a product of their rivalries with semi-popular rivals (Twila, Rob M, Parvati). Would it be possible to post all the stats in one excel file, for all to see?

Take for example, the part that you bolded: the first name (Africa Kelly) is the person who's percent was above 75% that received the fewest 10's, 9's, or 8's. You are the contestant that made it above 75% that had the most hate votes (0's, 1's, 2's).
