Of course, I haven't actually seen the screener for this yet, but M. Night Shyamalan directed it so it must be good ... right?

Great movie! Absolutely awesome special effects! A true epic in the same vein as Stephen King's The Stand, only without the middle-aged retard
that can't spell. From the moment the opening credits disappear you'll be rewarded with a gripping tale about something that happens to humanity, and
it's fucking huge!

From the commercial, this is the jist of it....
People's cell phones stop working. People get depressed. People start throwing themselves off buildings. THE END. |

I'm still waiting for the screener. I'm sure it'll be a blockbuster, regardless.

How do you know it's good if you haven't seen it? That being said, the previews look really good. I will probably spring for it and go see it.

I'm really looking forward to seeing this so according to murphy's law of movies for me it'll probably be disappointing...
I liked Lady in the Water though... |

I liked Lady in the Water, too. I should be your ma, Louie, we're so much alike.
I dug Unbreakable, hated TSS and Signs was okay. The Village, pfft. I saw the trailer for the first time on The Happening and if I wasn't so suspicious of Shamalamadingdong's previous shit, I might be as fake excited as Sera. |

Unbreakable is prolly his best. Signs, runner up.

Who was it on Sucks that described the Village as "A retarded kid in a horsey suit" I still remember that description! |

Seriously there's no doubt in my mind this flick will rake in some bucks, but that doesn't mean it'll be any good. M. Night has made a name for
himself as a pretentious, self-absorbed turdmeister in Hollywood.
