MSRP is nearly always higher than what the stores ask for it. A network series season can be had for $35-$50 depending on the length of episodes. The Blu-ray
will be more than that but it certainly won't be $97...I think season 3 is only $60-$70.

I should hope not. I got Seasons 1-3 for $39.99 at Wallyworld...but I could have sworn the MSRP was $49.99. I can't see the justification in charging the
same price for the 10 less episodes, let alone $10 more.
