I, too, believe this. However, the year is still negotiable.
I did ask Pope Benedict to pray for the Cubs. Imagine the bastard hanging around the Nats and Yankees homes and not coming to Wrigley. I'm glad I didn't vote for him for Pope. |

Bartman was just a scapegoat. Wrong place, wrong time. If you look at the now famous picture of that play, you see several sets of hands reaching for the same
ball. Bartman just happened to be the unlucky bastard to make the catch, and the fact that he looked like a complete doofus just made him a better target. Who
the hell wears heaphones to a baseball game anyway?
recently, defensively challenged left fielder Moises Alou recently stated the obvious, that he never would have caught that ball. Unfortunately, he choose to admit it 4 years after Bartman was forced into exile. |
