They get the celebrity, the googoo and gaga from the guys watching them making out, the satisfaction of hooking up with each other every now and then, AND the freedom/understanding to sneak out and get dick whenever they want. Lisa was not having that so Tila kicked her to the curb. I don't see any of the guys with her. I think Bo will obviously make the final 2 just because they want a "male" in the finals and with his storyline it seems most fitting. The dark haired girl (Brittany?) seems like she could fit with Tila but she seems like she would be more emotionally invested in Tila and since Tila wants to play whenever, she doesnt want a true commitment.
