I remember being utterly shocked when Survivor was going into double-digit seasons. Now we are nearing twenty! Hurray :)

It's my thinking that people don't like all the touristy China type shows. Just like they didn't like the acting in Pirate Masters. Too much
production value not enough survival. Every Challenge they give them food and cloths. Best shows Borneo, Australia, Amazon and Pearl Islands.

I too attended the casting call in Shreveport. There were ALOT of older people there. There is a link (or was) that shows some people at www.ksla.com. I stood by an older man, who said he'd been in the special forces, blah blah blah, but he reeked of whiskey. I
figure he'd been on the casino all night and saw everyone lining up and decided to follow along. I also shared good conversation with a young guy, 21, who
is an MMA fighter. He was REALLY nice and cute. We stood in line outside and it was FREAKING cold. Luckily I had a blanket in my trunk and I wrapped up in
it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I do have a few pictures of the parking signs and a few of the line. The people working were REALLY nice and seemed
excited about what was going on.

The application doesn't say they'll start callbacks until March. With filming not starting until June or July, I don't see why they'd start
their callbacks this early, even if they did decide to skip the semi-finals and jump to L.A.

I was number 236. I was in the line where it actually started to turn back to the left. Met some really nice people in the outside line. The drunk mailman
was inside. He reeked of whiskey! The MMA fighter was cool too. Still waiting on my call.
