I saw this old article about the retirement of the old BB house. I doubt the casts of BB1-5 were as hygienically-challenged as the last two groups of houseguests. With Dick's constant farting and spitting, plus people shitting in tubs and throwing semen everywhere, this new place must have depreciated far more than the other one ever did. How bad does it smell?
