Yes. And he got that mammoth sized due to his separation from his girl followed by eating crap from the junk food restuarants that was close to his apartment bldg.

I feel so bad for the BB kitchen whenever Ryno comes within 5 feet...you know the poor thing will be pillaged once again. I mention this as he is lurking in the kitchen now as Matt prepares food and Ryno insists he does not want some.

the avocado is about 3-400 calories, if he ate the whole thing. tons of fat, but the good kind, at least. lunchmeat? what kind did he eat? how many pieces? bread? did he have bread? mayo? mayo's very fattening.
