1. David Archuleta, "Another Day in Paradise"- our little Fred-Armisen-angel is axing America, "what about the poverty?", seriously though, this guy has an amazing voice and that really shone in this performance

2. David Cook, "Hello"- our second great David Cook performance, he re-vamped that teary mess into a kickass radio hit, the best part was that sudden burst of sound hitting into the chorus

3. David Hernandez, "It's All Coming Back to Me Now"- this guy has a great voice, but what needs work is his performing skills, because a soul-brother Hernan-bot isn't going to work, dude needs to loosen up, this was still a good performance but gay as hell!

4. Jason Castro, "Hallelujah"- it may not have had a great voice behind it, but it showed a lot of sensitivity and was memorable, I liked it

5. Chikezie, "All the Man That I Need"- this guys a really good singer and this was a good performance but he needs to put a little more oomph and soul into this song because it was a little boring at times

6. Michael Johns, "Don't You (Forget About Me)"- this was really good, it's at 6 because there were a lot of good performances tonight (numbers 3-6 are close), he had a great vocal but I just can't take this song seriously, you would have to majorly re-vamp it to make it not sound karaoke

7. Danny Noriega, "Tainted Love"- average and forgettable just like all of his songs on American idol, the only thing memorable and likeable about him is his sassy Divo personality, but based on this and his other performances, he should definitely go

8. Luke Menard, "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go"- (obviously), his third song, his third trainwreck, we lost Robbie Carrico for this?!, his falsetto which he sings ALL his songs in lacks fullness and is most often off-note, Please Go
