Simon rolls his eyes at Paula and occasionally says he doesn't understand wtf she just said which is most often a valid claim considering Paula's insane drugged up ranting.

Paula and Randy are just jackasses this season though, cutting Simon off and interjecting to basically tell contestants what Simon says doesn't matter even though most of the time those two have sugar coated the truth and Simon has hit the nail on the head. Paula and Randy obviously think they're a lot more important than they really are. There's a reason why most past contestants have listed him as a favourite and referred to Simon as the most helpful and most honest.

There's a lot to be said for honesty and while Simon is a little more rude than the contestants deserve sometimes he's keeping it real.

WTF does saying "yeah dawg it was aight" or "that was colourful" really tell a contestant. At least when Simon says it was corny or it was this, he's telling them what they need to work on. You need to be less boring and less like an amateur who would be hired to sing on a cruise ship is a lot better than "zomg that was purple like a rainbow, I loved it" when in reality it was shit and their ass is going home on the results show.

You know Paula and Randy hate that too.

They could both crap all over a performance, call the contestant a donkey, insult their mother and spit on them and as long as Simon says he really enjoyed it they'll smile from ear to ear.
