As to avoid public humiliation, I have to post that I know NOTHING about any boot spoilers at all. However, I was in the spoiler section around when the cast
was announced due to a particular ravenous need to get started with the show. But I have seen NO boot spoilers--at least from where I've been--and I have
completely stricken myself from the spoiler section for the rest of the season.

The S-17 (Gabon) Edgic thread will be in place by this evening.
I will post the new thread by 6pm EST. Please allow Warrior to post his Guidelines and Visibility and Ratings charts for the past and present seasons. Do not post in the new thread until Warrior has posted. MasterDarkNinja and scepticA may wish to reserve spots for Strategy and Second Person Visibility charting. Please allow them time to make that decision. Use this thread until I give the okay to post in the new one. gf, my quick answer is, "I guess,sure." They only come into play when we have ties in the voting. To post a
Tie-Break Watchdog's opinion on every player in every episode serves what purpose? To do so would imply that there was something special or superior in
the Vis, Tone, and Rating posters. That would truly be elitist and more importantly not true.
Tie-Breaks are simply that: a panel with the job of breaking a tie. A more useful change would be to mark tie-breaks in the ratings chart to show that the decision was borderline for the group as a whole. Here is where personal watchdogs served a good purpose. We had someone voting on the tie-break other than the same four watchdogs we are now. It added an extra opinion to the mix from someone who could claim actual credentials for casting a vote for that particular player. I would prefer tie-breaks be identified with an * or some-such rather than in separate posts. |

I had originally envisioned that everyone would vote for everything all at one time... but that's just me... i like efficiency and i don't like to repeat things if at all possible. Proposed:
I recognize that this is late especially for things like close calls, so unless there is a absolute demand for 2 different cut-off times, then i would suggest everything is due by Sunday evening. |

I for one am curious.BlakeB717, here's a quote from an article about the premiere: "The first two eliminations will be shown on the premiere Thursday at 8 p.m. on CBS." So I think we can expect it to be probably around 1 hour for the first boot and around one hour for the second, just like two typical episodes would be. |
