Today more information was released about LOST: Via Domus, the video game based on the popular ABC TV series LOST, which was unveiled at comic-con 2007.
The game puts you in the shoes of a new character aboard Oceanic Flight 815. When the plane crashes onto the island, you survive, but have amnesia. During the game, you have to remember things, find clues, and overcome the challenges that the island throws at you. I don't want to ruin the game for you by giving away too much about the storyline and plot, but I will say this; all of the characters from the TV series are in the game.
I did get a 30 minute demo of the game a week ago and I have to say that the graphics are pretty good, and gameplay seemed easy and simple. Even though I was only watching and not personally playing the game,I found myself immersed in it. Even though I am not a huge LOST fan, I still enjoyed the game, so I expect big LOST fans to love this game.
Most games that are based on TV shows or Movies, tend to be pretty crappy, but LOST kept my attention and wanted me to see where the game would go. Sadly my demo ended and I was left wanting more.

The game will be available in the spring of 2008, on the Xbox 360, PlayStation3, and PC. The game is rated T for Teen and is a 3rd person Survival/Adventure game built on the Yeti Engine (which also powers GRAW2).
It looks good. I can't wait to play it. I wonder how much Lost mythology will be in it though. I'm sure it will be limited to stuff we already know. That may be a drawback.
