Troll A stumbles on this board, wonders how he can get attention, sees some spoilers and starts a fake spoiling list loosely based on it. People take the bait, line and sinker. So troll B says, "WOW! People are really paying attention to this guy! I gotta do the same only better" So troll B also starts a fake boot list with more details. Then troll C appears, realizes how much troll A and troll B are getting attention, so he decides... Well, you get the point.

Also, according to the boot list the game dynamics seem reasonable and not overly complicated (eg. power shift nearly every Tribal Council) like most fake boot lists.
