But the reasons they weren't asked aren't known to us. I doubt they just randomly put Jenna and Amber on the cast because they were younger and prettier than Teresa and Helen.

They were roughly the same age, on the same season and made it the furthest next to them. So it makes sense fom that perspective wether it's okay with people or not. Same thing with Amanda and Parvati taking Courteney and Candice's spots on Micronesia.

Its a known fact everyone was asked, anyone who says they were not asked if they were able to do all stars is a liar. Elisabeth and Colleen turned it down at this first phone call, they were never cast, they were never replaced. And FYI Elisabeth and Colleen were virtually they same character there is NO WAY both would have made the show. And think about it they also would have never placed Alicia and Elisabeth on the same team, so Elisabeth did not replace Amber, if anyone she replaced Alicia. Amber was prob. put on for the Jerri connection[similar to the Ethan-Tom-Lex, and Tina-Colby Connection] to see how they would react. Amber/Jerri v. Tina/Colby would have been a incredible rematch to watch take place, but it never happened [we did get Jerri v. Colby though]. Elisabeth brought nothing game wise to Australia she would have been a waste of space. Colleen over Jenna would have been interesting though. AGAIN YOU CAN NOT REPLACE SOMEONE WHO WAS NEVER CAST. Its all spec that if Colleen and Elisabeth said yes they would have been cast. and again I'm sorry but use your brains Elisabeth and Colleen would have not both been cast. And you all bitch about only Amber and Jenna L the dominat girls of All Stars, Shii Ann and Alicia both should have been replaced, Kathy and Tina and Sue was a huge disapointment, and Jenna M should have never went. The only girl who lived up was Jerri all other 8 girls were duds, and ironically the two you all said should not have been casted became the dominat girls of the season.

Jenna L. and Amber became dominant BECAUSE they never should've been cast. The big characters and good players were targetted first and then they used the "don't do anything and ride coattails strategy to get to the end".
