If BB gets crushed, they can move it to different slots. It's not like they're making this move because they want to. I would have liked it to air
after Survivor, though.

They might as well put some celebrities on it. What are these celebrities doing without their writers? Nothing. put Charlie Sheen in that house. If there is a
hot chick in there, he will have sex with her. No doubt. Multiple times daily. Can stick the kid that plays his nephew as well. CBS show, thus that should
work. Could throw in Jon Cryer as well. maybe that dude who played dookie. As for chick, how about that Allyson lady and that lady who the geeks lust after.

One good thing about that schedule is that the HOH might not have to make nominations as quickly as they've had to in the summer seasons because
there's more time between the live episode and the episode where they show nominations. The strategizing on who to put up is usually the most frantic and
interesting and this has typically been isolated to one looooooong night each week. Now we may get even more chaos <3

If it's up against AI it won't really make a difference, even if BB9 isn't the powerhouse that BB8 was, there is little to no selection of shows
this winter, increasing the viewers enough that when BB10 airs this summer, it will be a huge hit.
CBS has it made with a new Survivor, AND Big Brother this winter, and the coporate executive fat cats are loving that they are going to prove the writers wrong, and show that they really don't need scripted shows to get ratings. Now that I have BB9 to occupy my time this winter, I hope they hold off on Lost untill they have a full season to show. |

i don't think BB will ever be a 'huge hit.' it's been a summer show that's done well enough to last 8 years, mainly because it has a core
of followers and there's nothing much on TV to choose from at that time of year.
i don't see it being some major hit for CBS----it's something to fill air time because they have nothing else to go with. i hope it's a good edition, but i'm not thrilled it's going to be on twice. it's sort of an exhausting experience for the hard core among us. |

I actually like this shooting schedule better, as it gives the HoH 2 days to make their noms assuming they still do it on friday. Should reduce the
"boredom" factor a bit in the house.

I have no idea about the accuracy of anything he writes (especially with the BB10 being "semi-popular movie stars" (Romber) news, plus the use of the word "casted" doesn't really shriek professionalism  ), but thought I'd bring it over. Sequester house footage on BBAD sounds fun, but would that mean that they sequester right from the
beginning instead of Jury only? Also love the "no link between players" and more regimentation. Dance, mediawhores, dance!
And amen to this: it's sort of an exhausting experience for the hard core among us. |

Yeah, they have no way of doing a casting twist, which is awesome.
Veto winners being forced to use it the way the person they are playing for wants to? Interesting. We are probably gonna see a ton of CA people again, but it's understandable this time (for once) since they have very little time in which to find people. |
