I just got back from having spent six weeks there...glad to be back in civilization again, where people eat normal food.

Mostly rural areas...where the toilets are all ground-level, you see people killing livestock along the streets, and they eat things you did not thing could be
eaten.

I knew some people in college who went to China to study abroad. They loved it so much that they moved there after they graduated. I don't know why.
