Basically a guy version of Sex and the City. I have no idea if it's any good, but it has Grey's Anatomy as a lead-in so there's no excuse if it doesn't do well in the ratings. Posts: 3018 (09/27/07 1:30 PM) Registered User Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	I am so not watching this a) it looks bad and b) I already watch ER and Without a Trace but the reviews I have seen have been bad basically saying that it doesn't work and that the male leads/characters are unlikeable which is a big problem for a TV show. I would have rather that show which I think is titled Woman Murder Club or something like that get the post Grey's spot. I think that is a better fit and plus that show looks really good and it got stuck on shitty Fridays.

They have a few people from the DH camp working on it. I like Dylan & Michael Vartan, so we'll see how it goes. If this thread has only 3 posts by the premiere, this show is fucked.

The ratings will look good at first glance, because of the GA lead in. But I'm guessing it will lose a large chunk of viewers from GA. Like I said, I'm only tuning in for Chris Titus. But my expectations for this show aren't very high.

Hate D.Macdermot. Doesn't hurt that two of my former soap hottie favs Paige Turco and Jessica Collins have meaty roles in this.

I also have always been a Vartan fan, but I think they are making him too goody goody. And while McDermott's character is supposed to be the slutty Samantha type, he's a bit too over the top and stereotypical male whorish. Tone him down a notch and make him not so two dimensional and he may work. Titus's play off the she-male scene was hilarious though. I have very few LOL moments, but I did smirk a lot during this scene. I think they have geared Titus's wife around his stand up. Can't wait to see if she ever becomes an actual character on the show or if she will just be someone Titus talks about. I'll tune in a few more times, see where it goes.

If they axe that show for poor ratings it's their own fault...they've put it in the proverbial corner. Where's Jennifer Gray when you need her? These guys are hot and all, but they're meant to be looked at in obtrusive pictures, not fully clothed on television...

I would kill to have been the tranny that gave Mr. McDermott's character some mouth lovin' in the men's room. Mmm mmm mmm mmm mmmmmmm! I thought it was funny. I totally get (and approve of) the DH/SATC comparisons. I'm def. coming back next week! I usually don't watch much tv, but this season looks to be promising. DH, Big Shots, Pushing Daisies, Heroes, 30 Rock, Always Sunny in Philly (I need to give Bros & Sis a shot). Wow...I need to get a life.
