Survivor China: Worst. Ratings. Evah. |
Lead | |
|
It's official. S15 had the lowest rated debut of all seasons; down 25 per cent from last fall's Cook Islands and down 14 per cent from last
spring's Fiji show. Clearly, MB is going to have to have hardcore lezzie scenes and allow Canadians on the show to beef ratings back up.

They better be thanking Leslie for providing the only drama this season. The majority of the viewership, white Christians (it's true) are already pissed at
Chicken's exit and the fact they're filming in China, so once she's gone the ratings will TANK.

Ratings in general are down, so it's not too surprising Survivor's is, too, especially for a show on its fifteenth season.
Not that I'm against hardcore lezzie scenes, of course. |

Mayhaps it's Probst.
Viewers are tired of the never changing host. I know I am. |

I wont worry as long as Survivor wins the time period. And if The CW is happy for even 4 million, they can always move the show there... :D

Plus in the comments it said that this episode had 2 million more people then the fiji finale.

I think that survivor should move to the summer like BB. This season BB had great ratings for being on 8 years. Survivor just cant compete with Primetime on
thursday. Also if they keep it on Thursday I think it should follow CSI that way they get a huge lead in.

The show needs more Frosti dancing. :)

IMO, the decrease in ratings has been the result of poor editing of the female characters. Thank God that Leslie was extremely complex, but it appears, yet
again, that we are stuck with yet another chauvinistic season. I myself personally think that if the Amandas and Candices got more airtime early on, the
ratings would be back up again.

Should be a good season then. Seems that shitty seasons are usually the ones that somehow get good ratings and vice-versa.

Survivor: 8.9/15
Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader: 5.0/9 My Name is Earl Rerun: 3.4/6 Had Survivor been on the week before it would have been 2nd highest rated show for the entire week. I don't think we should worry about the 'low' rating. |

The producers never worry about anything as long as the ratings are to their liking. They don't give a fucking shit about viewer opinion and you all know
it.

Plus they can always cancel it mid-season and show it on Innertube

JeffsOversizedShirt wrote: Your number for Survivor is wrong...it was 4.9/15, not 8.9/15. And yes, that was still enough to crush "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader" as
well as repeat episodes of My Name is Earl and Ugly Betty. However, since ratings usually start to decline after the premiere episode and since it will soon
be up against new episodes of Earl and Betty, I think we have to assume the gap will narrow. Having a premiere that lost 25% of its audience compared to last
fall is not insignificant.

people like Vecepia, Joanna, and Danni were made to look like fools. And then they support those homosexuals like Richard, Brandon Q, Coby, Rafe, Brad, and
Todd being all over the screen like good people, and those fucking lesbians like Scout and Ami. Don't forget the women not listening to the men and
becoming good housewives and just making babies while on the show. What self respecting Christian would watch that kind of show?

the ratings are a bad sign especially b/c survivor premiers a week earlier than 99% of the Fall show season line up...
