I forgot to add that I kind of hate how Alicia Keys had to ruin Freedom '90. I don't know what it is about that song, but I love it and no other
version is acceptable.

Thank Jameka for my DVR which allowed me to fast-forward through most of the crap.
This show sucked ass! It ended the way it should have started. I quite enjoyed that final performance with Nelly Furtado, Timbaland, and Justin Timberlake. I can't even begin to tell you how shitty I thought Shitney was. |

You do realize that there are people who tell her how to dance... She was never a singer and certainly never an artist, of course, but it does take something to perform like she did. She's no true original but she was always a great dancer and performer. She used to be quite mesmerizing. That outfit was a pretty poor choice. I guess the thing that disappointed me the most was the lack of any spectacle. Before, it was body suit! Snake! Kiss! This was just... blah! I think if they actually did make her disappear and reappear or did something else memorable and exciting, it would've been better. |

ok, so I'm not a huge Britney fan...love her songs but always knew that most of it was made in the studio. however, i feel for her right now. last night
was probably her biggest nightmare realized. she looked so scared!!! and what happened to cris angel...i thought he was supposed to do something with her show.

I really feel bad for Britney...she was basically just stumbling through the performance, it was awful. I was really hoping (not because I am a fan) that she
would come back with some class and REAL vocals. Perhaps starting with an old classic brit slow song NOT lipsynced, in a classy dress on a stool, dimly lit -
then breaking into her new song, tear away the dress to something more "sexy" and give us a few minutes of the new song. Who directs this shit!??!
haha...If you are planning a comeback, you show the transformation, not a fumbling performer. Especially since, if nothing else, Britney has always been a
powerful and fantastic performer.
AND I will say ... although it wasn't stellar - Rihanna was singing her song live and still sounded decent. I think that girl has some talent. |

Her performance looked like it happened 20 years in the future and this was Britney's comeback performance that you would see in some Vegas side show where she tries to tap into her 20ish Britney but she's now 40ish Britney. |
