1. Have ALL contestants do each part of the challenge - most challenges follow a similar formula (the athletic people are chosen to do the swimming/strength portion and the weak ones are placed on the puzzle where they will do the least damage). They need to take contestants out of their comfort zones - force Ozzy and Troyzan to do a puzzle together or have Cirie and Sandra swim out to get the puzzle pieces. Admit it - People failing at challenges is funny. We need to see people drowning, people giving up, Courtney being unable to chop a simple rope etc I also think the puzzles would be more interesting if the whole tribe had to work together as there would be bossy people, others doing nothing, and it would be a more entertaining mess and test of teamwork rather than just 2 people doing it.
2. There needs to be less endurance/balance post merge challenges - I do love these challenges but they are overkill at the moment. They need to be limited to 2 per season (one at around final 10 with temptations to drop out and maybe the other being the final challenge). They are often boring to watch and are often about luck rather than skill. I understand they want to be fair and cater for men and women equally, but Survivor has never been fair. Entertainment comes first. We need more physical challenges or at least ones that are different. Bring back eating challenges.
3. More individual post merge reward challenges - I'm bored of random team challenges. I want to see individuals competing against each other. Make the rewards more physical as they don't affect the game as much. I like the drama of winners choosing who goes on the reward, or even have individual challenges where the top 4 go on the reward.
