He hardly outflanked Terry, because Terry had to get immunity week in and week out, which he did, and there was nothing Aras could do to get him out. Aras
didn't get rid of Terry, Danielle did, because she thought people would have more ill will towards Aras than Terry. Terry's tribe got Pagongned, too.
And I honestly don't think that Aras could beat Terry anyway, even if he apparently "threw" challenges. And the only way Aras would beat Cirie
would be a lesser of two evils situation, not because of his game.

SurvivorGuy91 wrote: No, it played into Ara's strategy for Terry to win the challenges, because Aras' forced his tribe to keep him so he could beat Terry. Whether or not he did is irrelevent until the final 3. Of course Aras was lucky that Danielle won the final challenge and not Terry, but after all, it is impossible to win Survivor and NOT be lucky. It doesn't matter why you win, it just matters that you win. Nobility and honor is for losers.

"I got my butt kicked out here by the elements. I got my butt kicked by Terry Deitz a lot of the time. I got my butt kicked by my own shortsightedness, falling down on the rocks. Despite the fact that I made it 39 days, I feel like my ego has been crushed."Still tossing Aras's salad after all this time I see. Watch the show again and quit making up these fanfics. His comments at the end wouldn't have made any sense if he had been losing on purpose. |

Sure it does. He's training to become a Yogi. Yogi's are supposed to be modest and not self serving. He's not the only winner to deny the fact that
he's strategical. And even if he wasn't consciously strategical, he was still a better player than Terry by getting to the final 2.

If it's some big secret how strategic he was, why is it that only you know about it, and never point to any actual evidence? If he was being modest, he
wouldn't have admitted to having an ego in the first place. Is there any evidence to support this "argument," or is this just more fanfic
bullshit? If he was lying in that confessional, prove it.

We don't have solid evidance for anything other than the edited material we're given and the hearsay of contestants. Based on Aras' attitude at
the FTC and in interviews, he obviously isn't going to give himself credit. I don't know about you, but I'm calling all of this apocrypha. Besides,
who gives a shit if Terry kicked his ass in challenges? Terry didn't make it to the final two, too bad for him.

1. Richard
[Controlled the game from beginning to end.] 2. Brian [Hated the guy but he pretty much had the game from day 1] 3. Tina [Her and Colby pretty much decided who went when without any objections. No one even opposed them] 4. Todd [His biggest threat was Courtney. Enough said. Dominated the strategy aspect of the game.] 5. Parvati [Stupid cast aside, she had the perfect game. Flawless in my eyes. I rate her low because she obviously had a stupid cast, and the amount of quitters and evacuations really fucked up the game] 6. Tom [I hate him but he dominated both physically and mentally.] 7. J.T. [He managed to convince the entire opposing tribe to just throw the game away just with his personality. He booted the loose cannons, kept his cool and played a damn good game.] 8. Yul [The idol was too powerful at that time and Jonathan was an idiot. Yul was clearly the smartest and best social player of the season but that really doesn't say much.] 9. Ethan [Well liked, decently played] 10. Sandra [I really liked her, but some of her decisions made absolutely no sense. Laid low and managed to finally start playing a good game at final 5. Not bad otherwise.] 11. Earl [Heh.] 12. Jenna [Isolated tribe members, very shallow etc. Took her too long to start playing the game but when she did she did it flawlessly] 13. Aras [Loyal alliance & ok player. Way to vocal and obnoxious though] 14. Danni [Steph and Rafe were idiots. Sure she was likable but that doesn't make her a good player, it just makes Steph and Rafe terrible players. They literally knocked off all their alliance members and their best chances of winning the game. Plus, not keeping lydia? Retarded] 15. Chris [Twila was the mastermind, this douchebag just got lucky. She literally need to spell out E-L-I-Z-A for him, without that he never would have even approached her. Sure he played it good from then on but it was that one move that changed the game and thus Twila should have won] 16. Vecepia [Im still shaking my head] 17. Amber [Boston Rob, thats all I need to say. She did absolutely nothing] 18. Bob [Great at challenges, but the only reason he made it past the final 8 is because of Sugar playing it up for the cameras. Terrible winner. Sugar dominated the entire game and only lost because of a bitter jury. Susie deserved it more than Bob] |
