As far as I know, the thread is again unlocked.

While I was not the one who moved/locked/unlocked the thread, I had considered doing it on many occasions in the past. In my opinion the thread has little value - it certainly has no redeeming social quality, is not humorous, makes no commentary acceptable across a broad spectrum of age groups, and is generally tasteless and offensive.

The fact that another Admin/Mod actually took the time to unlock the thread speaks volumes to the amount of "free speech" that is actually allowed here.

I had nothing to do with the thread's moving, etc. I was merely stating my opinion in the paragraph you quoted.

Again, I believe you keyed on the wrong paragraph. The one that I quoted above is the significant one. The thread is still available to be read (although I personally can't imagine why you would want to), is also still available to be posted to (ditto), it just has a new address.

Again, allow me to reiterate:

The opinions I expressed in both of my previous posts here were MY opinions. They do not necessarily reflect the opinions of any other Moderator or Administrator of this board, nor (obviously) do they reflect the majority opinion of that same group. They are my opinions, and mine alone.

I know Xena, but do not profess to speak for her and therefore cannot comment on any of her previous actions. However, I myself have posted in threads that have later been locked or moved. The mere fact that I (or any other mod/admin) posts to a thread does not guarantee that the same thread won't later be locked/moved.

And finally, I'm sorry that you believe that you and/or the thread in question are being treated unfairly.

At the expense of sounding flippant, may I suggest that if you feel that strongly about your perceived treatment, you might wish to consider finding (or founding) another board that coincides more closely with your views? (Please note that I am not suggesting that you leave - that is not my intent. I am merely suggesting that if you feel that you have been injured so grievously that you no longer feel you should remain, I am sure that there are a great number of boards available which would welcome you.)
