Todd Watchdog Report - Episode #8
Once again this episode, despite the fact that we're met to kind of disagree with what Todd's doing we see everyone falling in line to do whatever Todd
says (other then Amanda who questions him some). Despite how he's getting very random for what he does look at what happens when he tries to implement his
plans, Jean-Robert comes up to him and suggests taking out James, and despite how Todd acts in ways that should have made Jean-Robert suspicious he falls right
in line, 'okay great it's good that we're both after James' (well he didn't say it, but the lack of him questioning Todd brings about the
appearance of that). Then Todd goes over to James, and look at what he says about Jean-Robert targeting him.
Todd tells James JR is trying to take you out, James says someone told him about the HII's, Todd says he right now has Erik, and possibly PG and Frosti, that's 4, he needs only one more, I'm 5 he thinks you're going tonight, I played it up like yeah ok I think this is a good idea, but should we do JR tonight. James says he doesn't like breaking the system, but, Todd asks if they want to tell Denise or not, James says no, Todd says ok, James says Denise wavers, Denise gets pissed off, Amanda says she just thinks that they should get rid of PG tonight, and then JR next time.
I bolded the part that should have raised alarm bells for James. Some of the stuff said in this talk really doesn't make sense, it's like they cut stuff out. I mean Todd says he was playing up 'yeah lets get rid of James' to JR, what kind of an ally is that? "Hey Tim, I know we're allied with Bill, but Bill is trying to get you out, he has Steve, Sarah, and John, the outsiders, on board with the plan to, he thinks I'm the 5th vote against you and that you'll go home man. I really played it up like a good idea and told Bill 'yeah Tim is a huge threat with his two HII's and his strong body, we gotta take him out now even though he's our ally', so do you think we should take out Bill tonight". James just seemed to agree to the plan too easily without questioning it at all. I bet that something was cut out before Todd asks if they should tell Denise. Speaking of Denise why didn't they trust her enough to tell her about the plan? We've never seen her wavering before on stuff, it just came out of nowhere, it happened so fast that when I first watched the episode and saw 3 votes for James, 2 for JR, and 1 for PG I was like "what in the world, this vote doesn't make any sense, how did JR and James get so many votes with PG being targeted by the alliance".
Sign, well anyway here's my notes for this episode on Todd, minus a few things not strategy related (like his complaints about hating James and JR).
-Todd Confessional, when JR busted out the clues to the HII it was kind of funny, because there's no HII out there, it's
already been found, James has both HII's and JR's the only one from FL who doesn't know about it.
-Todd confessional, we have been in the jungle for 23 days now and these people are driving me insane, I hate hearing JR's voice, I hate hearing James
complaining about how he's so hungry, plus it kind of pisses him off that James has both HII's, being that he found it and told him where the other one
was, and he hasn't even offered to give him one back, that drives him insane, so he would love to see some crazyness happen here at camp.
-Todd says James has got himself in a great position with that HII, he's guaranteed to be in the F4, you know it, Todd says yeah, they'd be like you
played a great game James you were fantastic here you go,
-Todd asks well what if he keeps on winning, winning, idol, idol, aw hell no am I messing with 2 HII's, if James doesn't win immunity he might have to
go.
-Todd says if he's guaranteed that PG is going he won't play that idol.
-Todd tells Frosti this game is really getting out of our hands you know what I mean (Frosti says yeah), and how would you feel, if James doesn't win
immunity about blind siding him? We will not tell PG, we can't because she will tell James.
-Todd says you're talking about James right, Todd says he's heard people saying, Todd says I know I know ok, don't let him see us talking, I love
the idea.
-Todd confessional, it's funny he had the original idea to take James out, and then JR comes up with the same idea, and he was kind of bothered that
he's coming up with all of these ideas that I've had for days now, so I'm always entertaining my opinions, I could change my mind in 2 minutes, who
knows this game is fun, and I like keeping it fun.
-Todd tells James JR is trying to take you out, Todd says he right now has Erik, and possibly PG and Frosti, that's 4, he needs only one more, I'm 5 he

-Courtney walks over to James/Todd/Amanda, Todd asks who she wants gone tonight, *Frosti walks over* Todd says I just think that our best bet is JR
tonight,
Not as much strategy as usual, but he was only a 3 visibility this episode. I gave him an S2=, because I still felt some subtle +
moments, though from the SPV he trended more in the - area I'd say. I gave him an OTT because really, with his SPV Todd came off as a heavily OTT
simplified character. We get Amanda saying that Todd is becoming unpredictable, then we see Todd doing something unpredictable that didn't quite make sense
with what he had told us earlier. "We need to get rid of James because he's a huge threat with those HII's", "James oh James, guess what
JR is after you man, we need to get him out of here". His N I had a harder time deciding, I debated M a little bit because the N didn't seem that
strong to me, but I settled on N in the end from the arguments other people put forth for it, like how Todd's switch to ousting JR looked like him going
"I can't have someone thinking of MY great ideas".
