I would have used a picture of just Todd, but there wasn't one available from this episode. So anyway, this episode Todd was obviously a CP3 or CP4, I went with a 3 but can certainly understand a 4. The CP is obvious, Todd got all the insight about the situations he was in, no Courtney who also heard that James/JR wanted her gone, not Amanda or Aaron. The previous two episodes I saw a P tone in Todd, but this time around I just didn't really see it, if anything he was used to give Courtney a P rather then himself a P. As for his strategy rating, here's my notes on Todd talking game this episode (which was basically all of his airtime).

-No repeat in the recap of Leslie telling the clue to Todd.
-Says him/Courtney were cutting husk for a fire while JR/James talked about kicking out Courtney 20 yards away at the top of their lungs when she was right there.
-Talks about needing to take out JR/James because they're trash.
-Listens to Courtney/Leslie say they want JR gone.
-Tells Amanda they've got to look at the options, they could do Courtney or JR. Later in the game would be awesome to have Courtney around, she won't win things. Asks if she really thinks they'll lose a lot of challenges without JR, it's not like they're getting rid of James and Aaron.
-Says to Aaron/Amanda that JR is a poker player, he can easily flip over to the other side and pick them off one by one to improve his position.
-In confessional says right now it's between Leslie and JR, but farther down the line he doesn't want to be competing up against these huge guys, doesn't want to lose his numbers by getting rid of them now, but farther down the line he doesn't want them around since they'll beat him, and that's not ok.
-The game is not just physical right now, it's also strategic. It does bug him right now that Leslie was so excited to go over to the other tribe and yet who knows what she's plotting with people over there. Wants to get rid of JR, but at the same time wants to keep JR for the challenges, so who knows.

I found it really interesting that it wasn't repeated in the recap that Leslie gave the HII clue to Todd, but I think that's probably because she got voted out this episode, and the editors didn't want to show Todd saying "I could vote Leslie out and be the only one who has the HII clue on our tribe" 55 minutes before she got voted out.

Overall he certainly had enough strategy to get an S2, but he wasn't a + this episode, that was the one big difference in his strategy edit this time around, we weren't seeing how everything was revolving around him and he was in full control this episode. He wasn't shown as not in control though, they left it open for us to believe "Aaron and Jean-Robert convinced Todd that Leslie should go instead of Jean-Robert", with her with him explaining his conflict over the vote to us.

When it comes to his winner chances there's no way around it, Todd may have a lot of great content that the winner will usually get, but unless he cools down fast that won't matter much and he'll be revealed as a distraction. He needs to go UTR now, and get an UTR1 or UTR2 with an S0 for the next episode or two to stay a good winner pick.
