I'm just glad the producers got rid of Ongina. It was bad enough having her in the cast at all, let alone multiple episodes. Also glad Carmen and Yvone Kriddle won't be back either, and that Shangela wasn't invited (halleloo). No matter how you feel about the queens, in the context of Drag U, the only queens that are good for the show are those who can be nurturing, communicate easily (hence no Nina), show empathy, and have enough life experience to mentor the women. This cast pretty much fits the bill, and with so many of them it should mix things up a bit and keep it fresh (though expect Raven to appear much more often than the others, but it's ok with me cause she's good at it).

I still think the show would be better if they had 3 males each week instead of females, kind of like Queer Eye + the challenge where each queen is paired with a "straight" guy on RPDR...it's always more moving to me when you see a bunch of stereotypical straight guys come in and walk a mile in a drag queen's shoes to open their eyes to being more tolerant and open-minded than they were before, and use it as an opportunity to teach guys how to take better care of themselves. Us gehs and the queens can't relate to a bunch of frumpy fraus having mid-life crises compared to the way we could with other guys, and plus I imagine that most of the audience is gay men...the show is on Logo after all, and this show seems very Lifetime.

They usually have ~10 episodes of Drag U with 3 queens per episode, so that would give each queen at least two appearances, but I doubt we'll see Delta, Raja, Alexis, or Chad (and perhaps some of the other first-timers) on more than one episode, and Raven/Juju/Shannel will probably appear on 3 or more episodes based on last season. Hopefully Morgan isn't on more than once cause she comes across as bitchy and impatient (and craving a smoke break, obvi). I'm sure they'll use Latrice and Sharon at least two times cause they seem perfect in that role, especially Latrice.
