I would save all my money for advantage, clue, or use it for someone else to get a family visit like Taj to try and get in good. But again, if I haven't seen good food in that long, I might just completely ignore that and go for the food, unless I was in such a terrible position like Troy/Danni.

Posts: 371 04/13/12 04:16 PM More Recent Posts	Look at all the still captures of the upcoming episode...Those and the drama from last week that started this whole Kim versus Troy showdown, they wouldn't only have it go on for two straight weeks and that is it. It looks like Troy lasts a good long while and starts scaring people...Everything points to that, for him to go out super early within the next couple of weeks would just be totally surprising. once again, look at the still captures and his quote, "this is my island, you can't beat me"! they keep putting that quote in there, and his confessionals about how the "knuckleheads dont' know what they're up against", those could be on the cutting room floor but they put them on the show...hmmmm, just sayin!

I was surprised anyone stepped out of the last challenge for a couple of cookies (unless they were losing it anyways, and managed to luck up on Probst's timing). Potentially there is advantage to helping someone else buy something, or buying something and giving it away. Someone might have spent their money buying letters from home for someone else. So Troy gets an unhindered opportunity to buy the immunity dvantage this round, but that person still gets to the finals with some extra jury votes.

I think him staying actually help Kim, keep eyes away from her. It looks like Chelsea has a new necklace, or is it always there? Perhaps she bids on letter from home.

She wanted someone else in the spotlight, and was glad Chelsea would do it. Here, being strategic doesn't make her a challenge monster. Someone recently said (Insider) that they never thought rewards of food were so important until they realized that food = ability to compete in the IC. So an ice cream sundae may not help much, but a burger with fries or a steak is a real advantage. If the advantage comes after the letters, that might take a lot of the money. Usually the letters come after some people have spent quite a lot. There is also the classic "you can give up yours so they can all have theirs" tactic that Jeff could pull. I could see Chelsea going for a shower, one of the girls, maybe ones who didn't go to the spa, they must feel incredibly funky. Lastly, we don't know that they will all remember the immunity advantage. Troyzan will, and Kim is a superfan too.

From something Kim said, she is an avid student of the game and knows everything that has happened in every season, and that helps her strategically. I'm not sure what the right term is, but she is the opposite of a recruit who has watched one or two seasons to get the hang of it.
