Ew at that Brittana storyline in the promo tho; can they please stop making Brittany borderline retarded? And it's written by frat boy Hodgson so it's bound to be offensive. I'm surprised Santana hasn't gone on a crusade to set fire to every VHS tape on earth at this point because they are really just not doing any good for her lately.

Like seeing how calm and cool he was and how Ryan Murphy basically turned him into a little pouter over the course of one season. Maybe he really was pampered by private school. Though he had a small and awkward part in this episode (not to mention probably the most awkward entrance into New Directions), I think Samuel showed more than Damien has in the first half of the season. Damien has also basically become a featured extra at this point. I actually really enjoyed Matt Bomer. I don't know much about him, and outside of the auto-tuning he had a really nice voice. I also loved the master class; I feel like that, the scene with Nene, and Sue's quips are definitely reaching back to that Season 1 type of humor. Does anyone know when this episode shot? I want to hope that the whole, "Blaine, you'll do movies, concerts, and Broadway" line really wasn't supposed to be the obvious reference to Darren. I almost facepalmed when I heard it.

I actually loved how they played up his hotness and made him into a cheesy character based strictly on that. His Neal character is completely opposite(other than the extrodinary hot factor - that can't be masked no matter what the role). He's suave, humble - very understated.

Glee came back last night after almost two months and we're happy to say it wasn't as disastrous as Quinn behind the wheel of a car. Mostly because White Collar's Matt Bomerbrought his undeniable star power and excessive charm to spruce things up as Blaine's way-more-successful, way-less-annoying big brother, Cooper. And while we lovelovelove the Bomer, the constant mentions of his good looks in the script kind of cheapened how extremely talented that fella is. Thankfully, he was able to overshadow his own genetic blessings with a very funny turn as a vapid actor whose "master class" on the craft of ignoring scene partners and yelling to appear intense should be submitted to the Academy for his inevitable Guest Star Emmy nomination. As for the rest of the episode? Well, Sue's unborn baby may have health issues, NeNe Leakes stole her one moment by chewing the scenery like she hasn't eaten since the Real Housewiveswent to Africa, Quinn lived, but is in a wheelchair — so we got horrible things like "crip ditch" (instead of the usual "senior ditch day") and a duet with Artie on Elton John's "I'm Still Standing" — and Finn the 45-year-old high schooler now wants to move to L.A with Rachel. Apparently, Karofsky's suicide attempt is so last February. So basically, we got another patently weird, typically bipolar Glee. Part fun, part flakey, part infuriating. The best thing that happened is when he got the rock salt in his eye and we didn't see him for awhile. But right now, they have nothing else going on besides Rachel-Finn and this new Quinn stuff--not the best storylines.

Posts: 442 04/12/12 12:32 AM Registered User Reply Quote More Recent Posts	surrrre...it was great ? a "blaine-centric" episode that tells 18yr old girls that its ok to text and drive cuz even if you get sideswiped by a car at 50 mph, you will only be paralyzed from the waist down and still look great with nary a scratch or bruise and that you can be happy because you will probably walk again. maybe next week they can focus the entire episode on another character nobody chares about like the irish exchange student. maybe have his parents come over from Ireland and sing some horrible songs. than another tragedy can befall another character but dont worry about it because everyone will have a positive attitude about it and all will end up aok in the end. glee rip
