Who are the four women? Even though GG's thread was a joke, I'm having a hard time coming up with four likely candidates that do not include at least one woman from that list.

If Skupin, Swan, Penner, Ace and possibly Savage for S25, it is likely that they are casting strong players that deserve a second chance rathter than good characters that sucked at the game (eg. Billy).  Based on that reasoning, below are some possible women that could have been cast for S25.

S1 - Gretchen Cordy
S4 - Gina Crews (Probst likes her and they still keep in contact)
S8 - Sue Hawk (she quit but it was for psychological reasons because of Hatch)
S10 - Angie Jakusz (good underdog story and was screwed over by a twist when Koror voted to save Ibrahim)
S11 - Amy O'hara (good character and she played through a sprained ankle)
S15 - Sherea Lloyd (strong in challenges)
S16 - Tracy Hughes-Wolfe (best strategist on the Fans tribe)
S18 - Sydney Wheeler (Probst referred to her as "Helen of Troy" and she was surprising useful around camp)
S22 - Stephanie Valencia

Other strong players such as Jenna Morasca, Christine Markoski and Monica Culpepper are active on twitter so are not in the cast.  Jill Behm posted on LTS recently so she wasn't cast.

Less likely candidates:
S10 - Wanda Schirk
S10 - Jolanda Jones
S19 - Marisa Calihan

Francesca is active on twitter so she is not in the cast of S25
