In addition, I liked it when the jury questioned the final 2 the night before they vote and not minutes before they vote. This is because I think the jury makes up their minds the night before they go to the studio. Consequently, the question-answer session would have a greater impact and influence on their decisions the night before when they still haven't made up their minds. When the jurors go in to the studio they have almost entirely made up their minds. So the question-answer session now feels like a ritual and it's getting worse every year. Before they allowed all jurors to ask both finalists a question. Then they allowed them to ask only one finalist a question. And this season they as a group agreed on 4 questions (2 for each finalist). It is just a ritual much like the final speech the nominees make on eviction night is just a ritual.
I want them to go back to the old structure of all 7 jurors deliberating and each juror being able to ask both finalists a question the night before they vote.
