So it's definitely IC. I would think this challenge isn't "big" enough to be the lone challenge in an episode, so I would guess the slip and slide is the RC and the Sumo at Seas (in the mud) is maybe next week's IC? Slip and SLide justr seems more RCish to me, lol.

It looks like Rupert is also sitting out of this one since he's separated from the tribe and beside the flag, which means it'd have to be EP03 if he is indeed sitting out. He could just be standing away, though. It's strange because Colby is already wet, which indicates he's gone before, as is Tom. However, none of the others look wet. Why would Colby go twice before the others? (and he looks to close to them to tried to slide already and then stand up again)

I was thinking that the oil was only on the course in Fiji, but granted I don't remember much of it. I do find it slightly odd that Tom has gone already yet is standing with Candice/Amanda/James who have not gone. Rupert, however, is standing separate even though he hasn't gone either. He may not be sitting out, but it's just a strange setup to me.

Even if this is not the RC it's very likely the Villains win the RC since there was pre-game footage of them with fishing gear. They wouldn't need fire since Rob was able to start one and a means for providing is usaully the second reward. TDT is now speculating Schmergenball is the ep 2 RC...we'll see.

Posts: 3362 (02/15/10 08:35 AM) Registered user More Recent Posts	Schmergenball as an RC? That would be odd. Then again, Sumo at Sea was used as an RC in Fiji with a dumb concentration game used as the IC in the same episode. So they definitely can be random with the challenges sometimes.

Schmergen brawl must be the episode 5 or 6 challenge, where James gets injured. It'd make sense to be another combined reward/immunity challenge, like Samoa. James gets an injury that will cause him to be mercy booted, and we know that Probst has now said that Schmergenbrawl is so intense that it caused a problem and won't be brought back. He sounds upset that fan fave James is taken out by the challenge.
