It would mean that the Heroes win the first RC - reward being most likely a flint (which also means that the Villains' fishing gear we saw in the previews is won in episode 2 or later.) I still wonder why Sugar is booted though. Is she that annoying that she, eventhough winning the RC for her tribe, still get's the boot over dislocated Steph or Cirie? Looks like it.

Correction...clearly the Villains don't win flint at the first challenge. At 10 seconds into this clip you can see Tyson, Russ, and Boston Rob trying to use a fire plow.
