Possibly because they are so long that you really get a sense of who the new HGs are. Even when she talks about herself it seems to draw the interviewee out--they confide a bit more, and it's interesting to see what they ask her. "What do you want to ask me?" is lame, but it worked out a bit in several of these. It ended up leading Michelle into the whole thing about her job, and I liked her attitude about $500,000 not being enough to quit your job--etc. I am getting tired of these interviewers giving the HGs advice though. Ross did it too.

Great video and audio work, NOT Sounded like she was interviewing her from another room but the big question is do they actually pay this bitch for her awesome interviewing skillz?

It's like they knew Diane would spend the majority of the time talking about herself so they sent in a pinch hitter, just in case. And Jesus Christ, Diane still sounds so bitter about everything, 5 years later.
