Then when nobody buys it for me even though it's the only thing I asked for, I'l end up buying it myself or something.

I don't keep my DVDs on a shelf in boxes anymore so it doesn't need to match. I have WAY too many to fit on any shelves at this point. Keep them all in boinders now. For special sets like this I keep them on a shelf but all the regular sets? Boxes get chucked, discs go in a binder.

It wouldn't piss me off so much if my birthday wasn't in late November, and I get bitched at if I buy anything for myself after Halloween because "someone may be getting it for me for my birthday or Christmas". And then 90% of the time my family members get me stuff that I not only didn't want, but that I have absolutely no use for. I don't know why I still give them good gifts, lol. Yes, I'm an ungrateful bitch.

CP - I can't stand my discs in a binder. I'm so anal. I must have the boxes/covers and I keep them in alphabetical order. I It bugs me that the first two seasons of Alias were taller than the rest. And then season 4 of CSI:NY was taller than the first three seasons. When it comes to DVDs and books, I'm a lil bit Monk.

I don't own a single Lost DVD, can you believe it? I've always rented them or watched them online at ABC.com. Oh yea, and live or on my DVR. But when my mother was visiting in early June, I turned her on to Lost. After playing the first 5 eps. she was hooked. But, because she is not computer literate; I am considering buying Season 1 and 2 for her and seeing if she is still interested. As for myself, I may just have to buy this Season 5 Dharma set. It just looks waaaayyy to cool to pass up.

He's right. That's not irony. I enjoy arguing that word with people. I've been doing it ever since Ironic by Alanis came out. Monk being written upside down would probably give me a twitch or something, but it's supposed to be cute, right? Ugh. ; )

She just wrote about a bunch of stuff I'd consider a bummer (rain on your wedding day, traffic jam when you're already late) or a freaky coincidence (winning the lottery and dying the next day).
