Amen BB8 was a terrible season. They should have left in the white racist girl - Emily was it?

Yeah, I won't for a second argue that BB8 didn't totes suck, but it was only around this point in BB8 that I started tuning out. The first two weeks
especially held their own: Leslie and Emily and Charley were pillars of that period and did provide entertainment (for a while).

A video of Marcus and Sree arguing was put up on the C4 website and then taken down. Strange.
Sree - "I will put him in prison and he will eat dog food for ten years!" |

BB8 was actually interesting for a while, it just ran out of steam very, very early on - much quicker than any other season (even BB4, which was at least
enjoyable until the Fed/Jon boots). This season started at the same level of mediocrity as Week 5-6 of BB8.

BB broke up the argument between Sree and Marcus. That's the problem with this season. Let them fight for god's sake.

But why is Big Brother breaking up a tame argument like this? This is child's play compared to some of the berating of others we've seen on BBUS (i.e. Dick, Josh, James, etc) .. I've seen references to Channel 4 pulled the video due to complaints from viewers .. and talk about folks calling in and complaining about various things in the BBUK series .. why are they so sensitive about folks arguing in the house? |

There are tons of old bags who watch the show and complain to Ofcom about every little thing they see. Ofcom is some kind of media regulation outlet. A major
buzz word in the UK lately is "bullying". This tag is now given to pretty much any situation where two people disagree. Unfortunately, Channel 4 is
trying to build an anti-bullying image for itself so it must do everything it can to pacify these old bags. That's why the show sucks ass.

This season has the worst bullying ever seen on Big Brother.

It looks like Marcus was given a warning.
The bullying only became a big issue to the show after the Jade/Jo/Danielle controversy with Shilpa Shetty. Before that horrible bullying happened in the house and BB rarely got involved. At times, like with Aisleyne, the show even seemed to join in. I think Alexandra's threats last year only made the situation worse. To go back a page, I think Freddie is patronizing and annoying, although he means well, but Karly has given the impression she's not going to like him regardless of the way he behaves. She, Lisa, and Kris all work hard to come up with various reasons as to why he's a bad person or why they don't like him. Nothing he does will matter to them. I think that's one of the reasons the three of them have all come across so badly in the past week. Ais interview |

Aisleyne wasn't bullied to her face. It was mostly shit talking behind her back.

and part of the reason why he's being more and more in your face with them about it, pushing for specific reasons becuase he knows they look for any excuse
to hate on him with little to back it up. Him pointing out to Lisa that what she called 'two faced' in talking about Angel was anything but. That
seemed to shut her down well. Well at least for a bit.

This season started at the same level of mediocrity as Week 5-6 of BB8.Losing Emily, Lesley, Shabnam, and Seany essentially ruined BB8. Shabnam and Seany couldn't be helped (though I simply don't understand how the public could keep Carole over them). Ejecting Emily made no sense and seemed as random and unfair as Dawn's ouster from BB7, and they could have done a lot more to try to sway Lesley to stay. |

I would love a BBUK all stars with Aisleyne and Grace in it. The format doesn't make sense for an all star though so I can't see it happening. A US
format all stars would be amazing though!

Speaking of BB7
Big Brother 7 winner Pete Bennett has hypocritically said that the current series is full of "ignorant" people. How pathetic do you have to be for Pete and Glyn to mock your intelligence and social skills? I would love a BBUK all stars with Aisleyne and Grace in it.Grace has already said she wouldn't do it again Losing Emily, Lesley, Shabnam, and Seany essentially ruined BB8.I agree, though Billi and Jonathan had potentially to add some interesting dynamics, even if neither were as exciting a character as the other four. After they left, the kids + Momma Carole + Chiggy dynamics remained the same all season.

The only All Stars candidate this season has provided is Halfwit, and even then it's a stretch. Hell, even that horrendous mockery of Big Brother known as
BB8 had a breakout star in Charley.

Ejecting Emily made no sense and seemed as random and unfair as Dawn's ouster from BB7, and they could have done a lot more to try to sway Lesley to stay.Lesley has posted on DS and said that she knew she would walk even before she entered the house. Dawn from BB7 actually walked. She did have a code with her sister to tell BB she was sick if Dawn was being portrayed badly but she only talked about this with the other HMs after she had told BB she wanted to leave. They just "ejected her for rule-breaking" because Shahbaz had walked two days before and they didn't want to look even worse than they already did. She would have left anyway because they blamed Pete's B.O. on her. He was so disgusting. |
