Project Runway 6's late August debut on Lifetime will be preceded by an all-star competition featuring former contestants-a special competition that was rumored more than a year ago, well before the series moved from Bravo to Lifetime.

Citing an anonymous source, After Elton reports that "[f]ilming is apparently taking place around a building in Los Angeles called the Atlas where crews have been closing elevators and roof decks and generally making life inconvenient for tenants."

However, since season seven is currently filming or recently filmed in New York and the contestants stayed at Atlas there, I think it would make sense that the all-star challenge is being taped there, too. The only reason shifting to L.A. makes sense is to have it set in the same place as the upcoming sixth season, as a preview for the location change.

Anyway, After Elton's report says that "confirmed to participate so far include Chris March, Jeffrey Sebelia, Michael Knight, Daniel Vosovic, Santino Rice, Kenley Collins, Sweet P, and Korto Momolu," and maybe others; "past contestants who declined to participate include Christian Siriano, Rami Kashou, Jack Mackenroth, Kit Pistol and Laura Bennett."
