I do have lots of fruits though. Apples, cherries, peaches, and coconuts. And those took forever too, because my stupid town kept making them fucking die on me. I've never seen scorpions, beetles, tarantulas, or awesome fish.
if you get a rare fruit, always chop down a tree thats already there, dig the up stump and plant the fruit in its hole. this way you know a tree can grow in that spot. of course, coconuts will still only grow by the beach, just like cedars can only grow in the northern part of town
