We're doing Red White and Boom downtown on the 3rd and then on the 4th our neighborhood fireworks begin at 9:45. I totally want to buy some sparklers this year. |

so, this year we are going to be in DAYTON for the 4th, so I actually may see some fireworks. Usually we just light the Cuyahoga River on fire up here.

Our city is doing fireworks at 9:30 on the 4th. No fireworks are allowed at residential areas. Although, there will be several neighbors shooting off
fireworks and cops will be all over the place (especially since Texas has had no rain!!)

zomg, we went to a wedding on the 4th once. their wedding colors were "stars and stripes." ignore the fact those are not actually colors.

Marina Del Rey is having them on the 4th at 9pm. I figure I will have a really great view of them from my apartment. Either Westwood of Beverly Hills already
had them the other night and I just sat out on my balcony and watched them. I'm hoping the weather will be better on the 4th though. It has been really
foggy and overcast here this week.

Wednesday at the High School - The ex will take our daughter, so I'll pass
Friday at the dam - Should be a good warm up for Saturday and a chance to gauge how freaked the baby will get. Saturday Conor Oberst and Jenny Lewis at Battery Park around 4pm BUT you can't see the Macy's fireworks from there after, so I might have to trundle the fam on the subway to Midtown West... |
