I remember watching Gordon Ramsey's The F Word and there was a segment on tripe and how many people were put off by even trying it. After they gave out free samples and asked them what they thought, many claimed they liked it before they were told what it was. This reminds me of how many people who won't eat deer meat because they think of Bambi. Never say never until you give it a try. It also helps to season and cook it properly. Some people don't belong in the kitchen and they're the ones to blame for many of us who won't give certain dishes another chance because of a bad experience. I have a finicky eater at home and you won't believe how many dishes I have changed his mind on. It's not the food! It's the cook!
