I think it's disgusting that Michael hasn't even been buried yet and both his parents have been to court to petition to have control of his estate.I
know there are matters to be addressed etc but for the love of God I'm sure it could have waited til he was cold.So the mother is just as bad as Joe since
she's right there on the bandwagon.
When my brother died all of us could hardly function for the longest time and my parents were beyond grief over it especially since it was unexpected and he was only 33. I don't know how anyone can bounce back this fast.It's really sad. |

I tried to watch the BET awards last night but it was so painful I had to turn it off. I put it back on after a while and caught Beyonce singing Ave Maria.
She wasn't bad. She was dressed ridiculously, but she sang pretty good. But that's it of what I saw. Jamie Foxx was a total embarrassment.

Yeah. I realize the Jacksons have lived in front of the media forever. But the death of a loved one should result in circling the wagons and releasing some boringass generic statement of grief through a spokesperson, not a schedule of media appearances. I mentioned this before but this Joe Jackson extravaganza has utterly convinced me that he is a teratoma on the butthole of society. |

LOS ANGELES (AP) - A person close to the proceedings says Michael Jackson's mother has moved to take control of her son's estate, filing a second court action shortly after petitioning for custody of the singer's three children. According to the person, the court action was initiated by Katherine Jackson with the intent to protect Jackson's legacy. Unfortunately, this is the smart thing to do when someone has a large estate (and no will). If one family member is unscrupulous, then the rest need to act early in order to prevent early bird family member from doing it. Chances are this will play out for a long time in court anyway. |
