Her earliest and mid-century masterpieces (1920-1948) are the ones that are the most clever. Quite often, they did not feature either Poirot or Miss Marple (like "And Then There Were None") or they were her short stories ("Witness for the Prosecution").

So did Tommy and Tuppence. I can't remember another good Hercule Poirot-less novel she wrote, bar And Then There Were None.

Pretty sure he's going to be axed, but you never know.. It's definitely not Jimmy or Abby. That leaves Trish, Henry, Sully and the token brother.

Nikki couldn't have killed Reverend Fain (although that one was at least iffy, and until Maggie got killed with Nikki in the Cannery, I was down to her as the least unreasonable possiblity). Also, her knocking at Kelly's door would have been really unrealistic had she killed her. Shea, Cal and Chloe couldn't have killed Cole Harkin or the guard at the jail.

We know Maggie assumed she was safe since the townspeople had not been obvious targets by that point and Nikki arrived unharmed. Also shouldn't be on the list. If Booth is not mentioned again then it's safe to assume he accidentally shot himself in front of Malcolm who then burried him and took the money, simple as that. Julia is not important. Like I said she is probably wherever the other townspeople are. Should not be on the list. Gigi on the other hand we'll likely see again right at the end. Why they can't shoot a gun isn't a loose end..it's just so that Wakefield can keep on killing..one of them may be a killer but it doesn't account for several of them being bad shots..they all just happen to be bad shots.

Sheriff shot Wakefield, he lived, someone else's remains were found and buried. And at the risk of sounding like a broken record, according to the producer's twitter we WILL get an answer about cousin Ben, and about uncle Marty's money. Unless the editors decide to leave that on the cutting room floor, since they're idiots.

Wakefield plans to kill her but she beats him to the punch. Way, way too dark for CBS. 2. When the sheriff told Abby that "Jimmy's the one for you" it was a coded message because Jimmy was listening on the radio. Jimmy actually committed all the murders until Wakefield's entrance and now he's taking a breather.

I'm assuming the one on the truck was revenge from JD for the fight with Shane, and the raccoon in the church was just a prank, but what of the deer head in the bathtub in Henry and Trish's tub? Abby seemed sure it was Shane since they had been hunting that morning. As though Shane was getting back at Henry for JD writing PSYCHO on his truck. I don't know, maybe I'm making this out to be more than it really is. One more thing, my husband is convinced there was a flashback scene of Abby's where the sheriff actually shot Wakefield, turned to Abby, turned back and Wakefield was gone. Also, they were in a building, not on the Eastern Bluff like the story goes. I don't remember this ever happening but he's adamant. If anyone can help, or at least reassure me that I'm right, that would be lovely.

But Sheriff knew it was too late for him--he even told Abby this. Sheriff knew he was going to die. If he's willing to admit Wakefield is still alive, he might as well reveal Jimmy as the killer, too.

He's a marksman. It was worth a shot. All he did this week was protect Wakefield. Chloe's death sequence is one of the best in television I've ever seen. Tragic to say her go, but it wouldn't have been so moving if she hadn't been such a great actress. --------------- Watching the preview in slow motion, it looks like Danny and Sully reunite with Abby and Henry. Wakefield surrenders. For some reason, probably under Henry's suggestion, "Hey, it doesn't matter that he's already killed 17 of our friends and family, let's keep him alive for the State Troopers because murdering him back is wrong." I will eat my hat if Henry's not the assistant (if there is actually an assistant). Abby does get to hit Wakefield with a head butt of her rifle. If they don't kill Wakefield on the stop, they are the biggest idiots ever. This is beyond Horror movie 101 stupidity. They probably lock him up instead of kill him, stupidly. Then thinking it's over and that they need to immediately find a way off the island, any way, Trish decides that NOW is a good time to try on her wedding dress. (You're guess is as good as mine.) Wakefield somehow escapes and kills Danny who was guarding him (because he's not seen in any more footage). Sully goes to get Shea and Madison and leave the island. Wakefield breaks into Trish's locked door and the chase is on. He warns his partner Henry that "she's getting away". After a long, hilarious chase in her wedding dress, the killer groom strangles Trish to death. (gasp) Jimmy and Abby are getting acquainted and Abby kills Wakefield. Jimmy and Abby discover Trish's dead body with Henry standing over her. The realize that Henry must have killed her because they just killed Wakefield. It sort of looks like Henry is running along the cliffs to stop Sully escaping with Shane and Madison in the boat. He and Jimmy get into a fight and Jimmy falls off the cliffs and dies (sorry). In slasher films, the boyfriend/lover of the heroine usually dies before the final chase sequence. If Jimmy survives the fall from the cliffs, he'll show up after Abby kills Henry. Pre-1985, the heroine was rescued by a man. Post-1985 she needs to rescue herself Henry chases Abby through the maze and somehow Abby kills him. Escapees: Sully, Madison, Shea, Abby, Gigi (who is found on the beach). Or not. Trish voluntarily trying on her wedding dress makes absolutely no sense, and I don't think she is in any way, shape or form Wakefield's partner. It should be a corker of a finale. I was hoping somebody who is screencap savvy would notice and post an example. Anyway, I have thought about it and come up with my own dream ending: Shea is the killer and also ends up being the only survivor. The final scene in the series is a big "Thriller" dance number with Shea in the lead and everybody else backing up as zombies. Haven't they been running around for at least a couple of days now with no showers? Can you say "funk of 40 thousand years"? I tried finding a Shea pic myself and I couldn't find a good one but I noticed the actress is actually pretty but on the show she is starting to look a little malnourished.
