ROADBLOCK: In this Roadblock, the team member must run to the Wheel of Manchester, erected permanently in 2006, and then buy a ticket for a ride on the wheel. They must then enter the wheel and will have SIX minutes, or one full rotation, to solve three musical questions, all relating to British artists. If they successfully complete the task within the alloted time, they will receive their next clue. If they do not, they must buy another ticket and ride again - however, if the team fails to complete the task upon a second rotation, they will receive a five minute penalty and then receive their next clue. The chosen member must return to their partner before opening the clue. All answers MUST be sent by PM.

FAST FORWARD: This is the fourth of eight Fast Forwards hidden throughout the entire race. To win this Fast Forward, teams must first make their way to Afflecks Palace, one of the most iconic buildings in Manchester, thanks to its architectural history and the uniqueness of the shops within. Afflecks is commonly known as the base for all things - and people - "weird and wonderful" in Manchester, and was saved from near closure by the efforts of its devoted faithful. Teams will find the next part of the FF clue by the entrance to the "Rubber Plantation", Manchester's largest condom shop, on the second floor of Afflecks.

ROUTE INFO: Once teams arrive in Manchester, they must make their way to Piccadilly Gardens, located at the edge of Manchester's shopping district. The site, revamped in 2001, is the heart of Manchester's transport system as well as being just a few minutes walk to all the major attractions in the city. Teams will find their next clue located in the centre of the Gardens; teams are using the British Pound in this leg of the race.
