In fact, he wasn't even the one who drew it in the first place; Evan Chandler (his father) did. In January 1994, USA Today printed an article confirming that, "photos of Michael Jackson's genitalia do not match descriptions given by the boy who accused the singer of sexual misconduct."** Some tabloid reports may indicate otherwise but keep in mind that the District Attorney brought his "evidence" in front of two grand juries and charges were not filed. Bottom line is that none of us know the truth. I'm choosing to believe that he had arrested development as a result of a fucked up childhood and wanted to make up for lost time by hanging out with little kids. He spent the majority of his life being judged, used and exploited so I guess he felt that kids wouldn't do that to him. The guy was screwed up, no doubt, but he came off as asexual to me. The only place that shows up is on smoking gun and I doubt it's true. Why would the Tom Sneddon, the prosecutor submit an affidavit as to the validity of evidence he is going to submit in a case he is prosecuting? It wouldn't be allowed. What was probably sealed was an affidavit that was prepared to justify the search on Jackson's body (they sealed those for a short period of time) in which he alleged that the pictures would corroborate the detailed description. The doctor and cops who examined MJ/pictures said there was no definitive match (and we're not talking forensic). The settlement didn't occur right away after the photos and if there was any relation to the settlement, Id think they would have settled before the examination (if it was proof). I never believed that father after reading the case documents. He was after money from the beginning and he was disgusting.
