I read in interviews with Skarsgard and Bauer that it's just Swedish. He was making fun of her accent, saying she sounded like a Russian prostitute.

That was in the commentary trac on the episode where they first go to Fangtasia in Season 1. The person doing the commentary also translated what they said to
each other too.
