Posts: 4121 (06/26/09 10:51 PM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	Of all of the icon designers available, I really thought (before she picked) that whomever got Halston wa going to win it. Simple, well constructed, beautifully draped, flowy elegance that flatters a woman's body without looking like it's even trying. I do realize that "simple" is the hardest, but I though his look would be the easiest to update, show off perfect sewing...and it would be so easy to add a personal touch or flair to Halston's deceptively "simple" and completely timeless, classic clothes. I watched the previews and wondered what designer Reko got that upset him so much. Frankly I was really shocked that he got the one that I not only thought was easiest for the challenge, but probably my favorite designer of the bunch. I wasn't surprised the winner picked Channel though--that would have been my second choice.

RECO FTW! Not just because I've loved him the most all season, but because Johnny, JP and Daniella all have way too much black in their collections and has been pointed out earlier in the season, we're in a recession now and to get people to buy you need COLOR. Merlin got a little bit out of control with that, so that's why he's out. Anna's collection is OK, but a little too boring. Reco's is just right.

What is leaking out of the orange pumpkin? Looks like the model may trip over excess stuffing that spilled to the floor?

I have to say that when even the 5'11" 110 pound models look like shit in your clothes, you are doing something really wrong. I seriously don't understand why anyone would make these clothes, and other than the previous "roller derby" idea for the first one, just who would buy this? The 2nd one is almost as bad. The shoes just compound the uglification of the models.

As the judges attacked me I had nothing to fight back with because of my lack of knowledge on Halston. Will it be me, who didn't know about Halston, or will it be Haven who knows everything about her designer YSL? By the end of the elimination Haven told the judges how much I wanted this and my desire to stay and that she would go home. As I cried, she whispered in my ear, "You better win. Don't trust anyone because this is a competition." Thanks Haven.

Reco crying over Haven was the saddest thing ever, he was just starting to like her, they were going to get married and have lots of babies, wtf? That was so heartbreaking. Johnny winning this challenge was <3 I am so happy for him. Daniella's jacke.t sucked so much ass, I am sorry, but the construction was kinda shitty with the collar and the way it was all shaped was straight up fug, it was awful. The is some kind of sheer material top layer, and when she turns to walk the other way it droop down like a little pocket under her ass. In addition to ugly it's badly made. There wasn't one outfit in the entire finale that really "wow'd" me, at least not in a good way. All of Merlin's are a WOW.

Some people stay away from anything that hasn't yet appeared on the show. And Sucks has a convention - spoiler tagging - for making sure people who prefer to be surprised don't encounter that information here. It ain't rocket science. If it hasn't aired, it's a spoiler.
