And here's our first member of Jalapao. Or is Carolina considered to be a Timbira?

For those who don't know, Carolina started off on Jalapao as usual. As the merge neared, she was given the opportunity to mutiny to the other tribe. You've heard of Brendan's mutiny, right? Well, nothing can beat the haste of Carolina's switch. She basically threw her clue at someone once she was kidnapped and joined Timbira just as I was getting her kidnapping permissions set up.

That's the ending to her story, but how did it begin? She was one of the less active Jalapao members, but luckily they won the first three challenges so she was safe for awhile.

Well, that's what happened on the surface. On the inside, Carolina was caught in an epic power struggle and was known to be playing all sides. Spencer wanted to use her to take out Taj. She told people about it, and Spencer found out. The funny part is, Carolina also wanted to stick to Spencer's plan as well.

What the heck was Carolina thinking? To this day I still don't know, as Carolina never wrote many confessionals. Jalapao found out that she was stoking the Spencer vs. Taj fire and made it known that she was out after Spencer. Imagine the chaos that happened when Jalapao lost their first immunity challenge, voted out Spencer, and Carolina was kidnapped and then mutinied to Timbira. They suddenly went from a tribe of 9 with two obvious targets to a tribe of 7 with no clear target at all. If you can't tell by now, things in Tocantins shifted dramatically during many nights of the game.

Unfortunately for Carolina, her mutiny didn't quite work out too well. She entered a tribe containing an alliance of four, and now she was the 5th and the clear outsider. No one was budging at all. Did she care? Nah. She told them in their tribe forum that she'd rather play and lose with Timbira than stick with Jalapao any longer.

Carolina was the fifth person voted out of the game. Timbira just couldn't win many challenges, which is a surprise since I considered them stacked when we started. Anyway, Laughing Pygmy was one of the last people cast but he added a mutiny and some drama, especially on Jalapao. Once Brendan joined them that tribe became a bigger clusterfuck than Timbira even, and much of that credit goes to Carolina.
