The press conference was on our news (in socal its pretty much Michael Jackson 24/7 now). The coroner spokesman didn't specify the drugs, and said there
weren't abnormalities. I guess the toxicology report takes a few weeks.

I don't remember the whole thing, but he said there was no foul play or trauma. The TV station's doctor said no abnormalities or somesuch, so they have
to wait for the toxicology report on the medications he took (could take weeks).
