Whatever. At least I'm good at being a troll. Your doctor is a quack and you suck at life.

Not necessarily healthy. It depends on the nut. Things like peanuts, cashews and macadamias are just more fat in your diet. The good three are walnuts, pecans and almonds. And that comes straight from my doctor. Doctors get approximately 20-40 hours of training in nutrition and it's based on the Food Guide which is very misguided. Never get nutrition advice from your doctor. All nuts are healthy. Seeds are even better. For optimal nutrition, soak them for 12-24 hours before you eat them as it brings out their enzymes. My faves are: Pecans Cashews Brazil Nuts |
